• Images may not be used for business, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

• This is an implied licence, meaning you automatically receive these rights with your purchase—no additional steps are required..

Commercial Use Licences

We offer several commercial licence options, each granting specific rights:

Single-Image Commercial Licences

• Purchase a license for one image at a time.

• Usage rights may include web use, print materials, and advertising, depending on the license selected.

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the image is strictly prohibited.

• To use additional images for commercial purposes, a separate license must be purchased for each image.

Monthly Subscription Licences

• Subscribe for ongoing access to a collection of images.

• Download and use multiple images for commercial purposes during your active subscription.

• The scope of permitted use (web, print, advertising) depends on your subscription tier.

• After your subscription ends, you may continue to use images downloaded during your active period, but you cannot download new images.

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of images is strictly prohibited.

Licence Tiers and Pricing

• Standard Licence: Recommended for lower-priced images, typically allows web use only.

• Extended Licence: Recommended for mid-priced images, allows web and print use.

• Premium Licence: Recommended for high-priced images, allows web, print, and advertising use.

• Each licence tier has its own price and permitted uses, clearly stated at checkout and in your licence agreement.

How to purchase a licence

• Click on "Log In" on the top right of the page.

• Next click on the "Down" arrow to the left of the shopping bag icon and select "My Subscriptions."

• Then click on "View Plans and Pricing"

• You then will be able to select a licence of your choice.

• All licences are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any image.
